At the OctaFlex plant in South Dakota, workers turn off the lights, fix leaky pipes faster and make sure water hoses aren’t allowed to trickle. Those are just a few of the many behavior adjustments we’ve implemented to reduce energy and water use at our manufacturing facilities.
